A skilled advisor in governance and compliance, he supports boards and executive teams to manage complexity, reform systems, and strengthen strategic performance. He has led multimillion-dollar public and private initiatives across Australia and advised organisations through transformation and growth.

With expertise in major project assurance, risk, and operational reform, Scott brings practical insights and governance clarity to every engagement.

Romane Abell brings over three decades of combined experience in psychology, executive leadership, and governance. Her work spans public and private sectors, specialising in trauma, workforce mental health, executive coaching, and clinical governance consulting. She has delivered major reforms and mental-health initiatives across Australia, including remote and high-risk environments.

Romane is a trusted advisor to executives and boards and is known for her clear thinking, evidence-based interventions, and ability to align people and performance with strategic purpose.
